Shipping
Getting your Emma to you.
Free shipping on every US order. No minimum. No codes. No games.
Processing: Orders placed before 4pm EST Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 4pm or on weekends ship the next business day.
Transit time: 3–5 business days for standard delivery within the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii: 5–7 business days.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. You can also check status any time by logging into your account.
Where we ship: Currently 50 US states + DC only. International shipping is on our roadmap.
Address changes: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, email info@kinnbaby.com within one hour. Once the order is processed, we can’t change it.
Lost or stolen packages: If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find the package, email us and we’ll file a claim with the carrier + replace your order at no cost.
Returns
90 days, no questions asked.
Eligibility: We accept returns within 90 days of delivery for any reason. Carrier must be in resalable condition (no excessive wear, no pet hair, no permanent stains from use beyond reasonable testing).
How to start a return:
- Email info@kinnbaby.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
- Pack the Emma in any box or mailer, attach the label, drop at any USPS location.
- Your refund is processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the package, back to the original payment method.
Exchanges: Want to swap for a different color? We’ll send the new color first so you’re not without a carrier. Return the original within 14 days of receiving the replacement.
Return shipping cost: Free. We cover it.
What you get back: Your full order amount, minus the original shipping cost if any (which is zero on all US orders, so you get 100% back).
Warranty
1-year on manufacturing defects.
Every Emma carrier is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If the stitching fails under normal use, buckles break, or fabric defects appear, we’ll replace it for free.
Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or damage from improper washing are not covered. To file a warranty claim, email info@kinnbaby.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
