1. Who we are

Kinn Baby is a brand of Kinn Baby, a company registered in the state of Wyoming, United States. Our registered business address is 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. You can reach us at info@kinnbaby.com.

2. Your account

You can check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, email us immediately.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and don’t include sales tax where applicable. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues. If we cancel your order, we’ll refund you in full within 3–5 business days.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and buy-now-pay-later options (Affirm, Afterpay). All payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We never see or store your card details.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free on every US order with no minimum. Delivery is 3–5 business days within the continental US. We currently only ship within the United States. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

6. Returns and refunds

You have 90 days from delivery to return any item for a full refund, in resalable condition. Return shipping is free (we cover the cost). See our Refund policy for the full process.

7. Product information

We do our best to describe and display products accurately. Colors may vary slightly between screens due to monitor calibration. Dimensions and weights are approximate. If a product isn’t what you expected, our 90-day return policy has you covered.

8. Use of our products

Baby carriers must be used according to the included instructions. Misuse can result in injury. Kinn Baby and Kinn Baby are not liable for injuries resulting from improper use, damage from misuse, or modifications to our products.

9. Intellectual property

All content on kinnbaby.com — including product photos, copy, logos, and design elements — is owned by Kinn Baby and protected by US and international copyright law. You may not reproduce or commercially use our content without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
